quote of however-long-I-feel-like:

Suppose we have only dreamed, or made up, all those things - trees and grass and sun and moon and stars.

Suppose we have.

Then all I can say is that, in any case, the made - up things seem a good deal more important than the real ones.

For boobs. Yes. I said it. While I was carrying a big stack of personal pan pizza pans to put away, I realized that it would not have been possible for me to do so successfully without being a girl. They're great. Kinda like those little SIDs baby cushion pillow things.

Like this! But... different.

I'm also grateful for facebook, so I can mock the status of a certain other.

What?  You read 13 books over the summer?!
Big whoop. I've read:

  22. Kneeknock Rise
  23. Arthur (Lame.)
  24. Over Sea and Under Stone
  25. The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane
  26. CoP

You: That's boring.
Stranger: Is this a bad thing
Stranger: Florida has many many hearings, and homosexuals on news here

maybe i stole this from rockstar diaries.

maybe i haven't done anything today but read.

maybe i check blackboard everyday waiting for my classes to show up.

maybe i am a bit disappointed i won't have calvin with me in golf class.

maybe i took a nap at 2:30 yesterday, and didn't wake up till 11:30.

maybe i was a little proud of my brother when he suggested that we watch x-files since i couldn't go back to sleep for the night.

maybe i am reading forever amber.

maybe i am loving how skanky it is.

maybe i never wear matching socks. most of the time it just happens, but other times i do it on purpose.

maybe i wish i were a ballerina instead of a gymnast.

maybe one of my biggest regrets is not learning how to play an instrument growing up.

maybe i eat too much. when i'm bored, nervous, sad, and whenever i want to remember how good food tastes.

maybe i have another cavity, but am waiting till next year to get it fixed, so then it's covered by my insurance.

maybe i hate my job.

maybe i think some of my friends are being dumb and rushing into things. but hey, it's their life. right?

maybe i love to eat raw potatoes.

maybe i prefer to sleep without a pillow.

maybe i don't like my haircut right now.

maybe i want my wardrobe to consist of overalls and dresses. that's it. no pants.

maybe i'm going to miss reyna when she leaves. a lot.

maybe i really wish i were going with her. if we're moving before next fall, when will i get another chance?

maybe i wish i hadn't gotten back on facebook.

maybe i'll cut it off again.

maybe i should shower.

Terrible Yellow Eyes.

To hold true to the art theme I had going for a while, here's a site called, Terrible Yellow Eyes

It's a tribute to Maurice Sendak and his lovely children's book, Where the Wild Things Are
Random artists may contribute their own pieces based off of the book.
The picture above was actually made by a student of Maurice.

I think the one above is my favorite.

I wish I could make art like this.

But, alas, I cannot.

Such is life.

Tracy Jordan.

Jack: "I like to think of this staff, as a family."

Tracy: "This is better than a family. No one around here asks me for my **** bone marrow."

-Sorry, that just made me laugh. And it fulfills the requirements of a blog post.

Kazu Kibuishi

Oh my gosh. I want every one of these beautiful pictures. They sell them in inexpensive prints, but the problem is, I don't have anywhere to decorate right now. *cough* christmas/birthday idea *cough*

Kazu's blog, store, and the books I want.

post a day.

I can do it! Right? Okay, well have faith little ones.

Today I felt like I went to Hogwarts. I wrote a list of goals for today, this weeks, this month, this school semester, and life. It was EIGHT ft long! Mind you, it was on receipt tape, but whatever.

I am possibly bored with life right now. Nothing exciting is happening. Nothing new. How do I shake things up?

So, I lost my phone and had it stolen by some creeper. Burnt my leg on a motorcycle. Got a beautiful purple sunburn. Received a new phone some katana thing that looks like a transformer when it's charging at night. Found a couple of new old books at the library. Bought a bunch of edited R-rated movies. Found overalls at Goodwill that I love. Oh, and I made a new quotes blog! *Quick Quotes Without the Quill*. Give it time, I am just starting, and hopefully with the help of Reyna, it will be respectable in no time. If you are into reading, and would like to join, let me know!
